Annual Luncheon 2008
On November 19, 2008, more than 1,200 Riley Hospital for Children families, supporters and staff gathered for another successful Riley Children’s Foundation Annual Luncheon.
Every November, the events and stories that shape Riley culminate into this inspirational lunch event to thank donors and staff members for their contributions to Riley Children’s Foundation and Riley Hospital for Children. The Annual Luncheon is also a time to recognize and honor the Riley patients and families who have trusted Riley Hospital for care.
Highlights from the 2008 luncheon include
- The recognition of six inaugural and inspirational Riley Champions for their determined attitude and commitment to help others.
- National recording artists, TelluRide, performing their song “Hope Happens Here,” written for and dedicated to Riley Hospital.
