Riley Hospital for Children offers you the chance to positively impact children’s lives through service and volunteering. You can give hope and compassion to Riley children and families at a critical time in their lives.

If you are 16 years of age or older—a mother, father, student, retiree, homemaker, working adult, senior citizen or simply passionate about providing hope to sick children and families, please call Clarian Volunteer Services today at 317.274.SERV (7378) for an application or fill out our online contact form. No experience or special skills are required to volunteer.

When Volunteers Work

We ask our volunteers to work shifts that are a minimum of three hours each week and require a commitment of at least six months per volunteer (three months/30 hours for college students).

Finding Your Fit

Our Volunteer Services staff will try to match your interests with the hospital’s needs. Our volunteers fulfill important responsibilities and work alongside health care professionals. Whether you like working directly with patients or prefer to help behind the scenes, we will do our best to find an assignment for you.
