The ROC MSA/Family Resource Center The Riley Outpatient Center was designed with a focus on the coordination of services and multi-disciplinary centers, called Medical Specialty Areas (MSAs). This ensures that patient visits are organized, convenient and comfortable. The Family Resource Center, located in the access center of the ROC, offers visitors a medical research library and access to the Internet.
