Riley Kids Putt with a Pro

The greatest names in women’s golf are again teaming up to support Indiana’s biggest name in children’s healthcare. To celebrate The LPGA Legends Championship this Aug. 20-21 and $300,000 in donations since 2014, LPGA Legend Laurie Rinker will visit Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health patients on Tuesday, June 28.

“Putt with a Pro” is the name Riley Child Life Specialists and patients dubbed the opportunity to engage with Rinker on a putting green surface in the Child Life Zone. Rinker will also visit patients in the Riley Heart Center.

Resort Charity Events, the charitable arm for French Lick Resort, will announce 100 percent of the $15 tickets for The Legends Championship will benefit Riley Children’s Foundation. Purchase through Ticketmaster at or the Riley Simon Family Tower Gift Shop.

“With help from the community and sponsors, we hope to donate another $150,000 to Riley in 2016,” said French Lick Resort Vice President Joe Vezzoso. “Families depend greatly upon Riley Hospital for Children, and we wish to contribute generously to their world-class care for kids.”  Old National Bank is already on board as presenting sponsor.
